You may think you're the pawrent, but in reality, you exist to please your fluffy feline and everything you own becomes theirs. 

Basically, once a cat enters your house, you become an underling for your feline overlord, and do so happily. You can try and protest, argue, and even engage them in a battle of wills… but you will never purrservere. The sooner you accept this, the easier your life will be.  So when they wake you up at 5 AM, yearning for breakfast, just get up and do it, or suffer the consequences. You have been warned.
